Ramen at MR.RAMEN, its soup are chicken and pork bones base with soy sauce taste. This soup is produced by “careful” preparation of bones and vegetables boiled slowly for a long time. The carefulness is also found in its toppings and the selection of noodles. I have been doing hard studies to create my original taste because I would like to let them know the “Japanese Style Ramen ” for the US customers
