Born in Hokkaido, Minoru worked in sushi bars in Japan and US. for 35 years before opening his own sushi bar at E.2nd St., in Little Tokyo, L.A.
He has been serving locals for more than 15 years.

The menu features the freshest Japanese dishes, traditional cuisine including a wonderful selection of appetizers, sushi, teriyaki and more. The customers return again and again to enjoy dine and services like home.
We very appreciate to our customers who always please with our services. They love our restaurant regardless there is a no fancy or no gorgeous place. We emphasize them on so many thanks with a word of ARIGATO.
